Preparedness: Preparedness ranges from physical to mental and psychological, as a result there needs practices for all three types. For physical preparedness, I believe it is important that I bring everything I need and plan everything class related beforehand. This includes having planners with the work that I need to get done for that day. For mental preparedness, it comes with being aware of and nonweldable with all the course topics for that specific class or case. This way the pressure of the situation coupled with the feeling of inability does not lead to a poor result. Psychological preparedness leans into the idea that you can block out negative comments and pre-set ideas of failure. Not everyone around you is going to be in your best interest, as a result it is vital that you have a strong mental fortitude to block out negative comments in order to be prepared and feel prepared.
